Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 3 days from the date of receiving your shipment.

2. Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at My Pretty Lingerie within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by us.

3. Item Conditions: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are returned without an RMA number.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for your protection. My Pretty Lingerie is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We may discount your return shipping charge from your new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
